If informal resolution fails, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, this Website, our advertising, or any lead submission — including claims under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act (FTSA), CAN-SPAM, privacy, consumer-protection, or marketing-related laws — will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. 20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Subject to Section 19 (Arbitration), any legal action or proceeding permitted to proceed in court shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida, and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
